Publication Ethics

For Editors
The role of the editors is to evaluate the suitability of submitted manuscripts for the journal, including: 1.the quality of the manuscript, 2. whether it meets the Aims and Scope of the journal, and 3. the originality of the work..  In the editorial evaluation will not be taken into account any authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy.   
Any information about the submitted manuscript not will be disclosed to anyone, except the corresponding author, reviewers and/or associate editors. The manuscripts which have not been published cannot be use by editors and/or reviewers for any current and/or further researches.
For Reviewers
Based on the peer-reviewing process, the reviewers will assist the editors for editorial decision and/or for improving the paper, through the referee report. All manuscripts should be treating as confidential material.
The reviewers who feel unqualified or unable to evaluate the paper should notify the editors as soon as possible in order to be replace with another reviewer. All reviewers' comments should be very clear and must to have solid scientific support. The reviewers also must to notify the editor for any case of similarity or overlap between the manuscript and any other published paper. The conflict of interest should also be avoided.
For Authors
The submitted manuscript must be an original work. Any other invoked works should be citied or quoted. The submission of a manuscript represents an offer to transfer the exclusive right of publication to the journal, but the authors of the manuscript are whole responsible for its content.
The copyright to articles and figures published in this journal is reserved. No part of this publication may be reproduced or transmitted, in any form or by any means, without written permission of editors. The transferred right of publication includes the right to process data related to the manuscript and to produce further duplications for commercial purposes.  the editors are not responsible for errors or any consequences arising from the use of information contained in this journal. The whole responsibility of ideas and opinions presented in IISJ belong to the authors, who also should ensure that the results of their study can be replicated.
Concomitant submission of the same manuscript to different journals is an unethical behaviour and is prohibited. The submission of published paper as copyrighted material also is prohibited. The authors of the paper should be the persons who have a significant contribution to the manuscript, while corresponding author should verify that all co-authors agreed with the final version and submission of paper.
If after publication there are any errors or inaccuracies, the authors should notify the editor as soon as possible in order to retract or correct the paper through an erratum.
